You just had your daith pirced they set up the room before you went in for the piercing so i didnot see them open the needle how can you be sure it was not dirty?

You can't really, at least I can not think of any way. I myself have had three piercings and some advice. Do not take a piercing unless you see everything done. New needle, clean material, and so forth. If they do not let you, that is a sign they are not good.

It's not that bad if it's done by a professional body piercer using the needle method for piercing. The post piercing discomfort is minimal if you are cleaning the piercings daily and not touching or messing with them. Piercings are puncture wounds and will heal just fine so long as you stay up on cleaning them and avoid messing or changing the jewellery too soon. Treat them like cuts, clean them and let them heal. The discomfort is only momentary.
