You can't really, at least I can not think of any way. I myself have had three piercings and some advice. Do not take a piercing unless you see everything done. New needle, clean material, and so forth. If they do not let you, that is a sign they are not good.
Yes. You can even play with the piercing as long as it doesn't hurt and you're careful not to rip anything.
Well the only way to put anything into a tongue is to use a needle to pierce the tongue first then put a barbell into the newly pierced hole. (Please quit calling it a tongue ring, it's a barbell and not a ring).
that would depend on how much it takes it hurt you, but they usually don't hurt at all. The discomfort in a properly done ear piercing is momentary, suck it up butter cup. It's not that bad if it's done by a professional body piercer using the needle method for piercing. The post piercing discomfort is minimal if you are cleaning the piercings daily and not touching or messing with them. Piercings are puncture wounds and will heal just fine so long as you stay up on cleaning them and avoid messing or changing the jewellery too soon. Treat them like cuts, clean them and let them heal. The discomfort is only momentary.
Because they want to.
umm yeah they can.
This question has been asked way too many times. If you want the piercing done, be sure to see a professional body piercer and not some whack job with a piercing gun who knows they are not suppose to use piercing guns for anything other than ear lobes under manufacturers guidelines and federal health regulations Nostril piercing done by a professional body piercer is simple and quick and for the most part next to painless. One quick stroke and the piercing is done, if pain is a factor maybe piercing isn't for you. The honest answer is YES, it hurts. How much is up to how you percieve pain and the technique used.
Yes but he wears rings sometimes..
Not really. The worst part was the clamp they put on your tongue.

Legally 16 - if you go on your own. If you take a parent with you, to give their consent it's 14. The person performing the procedure can be charged with assault if they perform a piercing on a minor without parental consent. Incidentally, that's also true if a kid gets one of their peers to do it.
