You could have Ridley Syndrom. It can be anywhere from a very serious condition to a mild one. Ridley Syndrom is a blood circulation problem. I have it and if I get too cold the blood drains from my left ring finger and it turns EXTEREMLY white. The doctor said its fine as long as I don't let it get that cold too often or else it could have to be amputated. You just have to be careful. Another possibility is that you're actually physically cold. Obviously, this can happen in cold rooms, but less obviously, it can happen when you're very low on energy -- so low your body is haivng troubles maintaining the right core temperature. Shivering is a sign of this (where the body needs to increase core temp so badly it'll try to do it by muscular output). Drinking warm liquids helps as this point, as does an infusion of calories. Warmed lemonade with a dash of salt can fix the whole problem (the salt is to replace any missing electrolytes).
