Stop arguing with him and start trusting him. Your relationship will improve. You don't need to say anything, he will appreciate the fact that you love him and trust him. The more you argue with him the more distant he will become. Distrust drives a wedge into the middle of any relationship... try to trust him... you will be happier and he will respond positively. Without trust, you shouldn't be in the relationship at all.
