It certainly makes your life more complicated to marry and then realize that you love someone else more than the person you married. But you can still get yet another divorce, and try try again. I have known people to remarry as many as half a dozen times.
I don't know if a year gone by can be considered a rebound, but it may have more to do with your feelings after the breakup. Rebound relationships are usually defined as dating someone while still bouncing back from losing another person. But you left your ex-husband, so chances are, a year later, you're not on the rebound anymore. But, of course, only you would know whether you were or not.
I'm by no means a relationship expert, but I would say that you two should be together. Both of your relationships with your current significant others will never be the same as a result of the infidelity. On the downside, you two will be starting your relationship in a "mutual rebound" state of being. That might reduce your odds of being able to make it last, but at least you will be free from the relationships in which trust was destroyed by infidelity.
