Not necessarily. Your symptoms of pregnancy will be missed period, nausea, weight gain, increased sense of smell, swollen tender breasts etc.
Some symptoms of being pregnant before a missed period are nausea and dizziness. You may also have some breast tenderness.

If you have missed several periods then yes your definatly pregnant but nausea, back pain, abdominal pain, headaches and even cramps and moodswings are all part of ur period and menstration.
Nausea and vomiting are very normal during the first week of pregnancy. Sore breasts/nipples, frequent urination, Dizzy, constipated. All early signs of being pregnant. Of course the ultimate clue you are pregnant is missed period.
If you have nausea in the mornings you very well could be pregnant.

There is not for sure way to tell that you are pregnant without a test, especially if you suspect that you are pregnant. Look for symptoms such as swollen/tender breasts, nausea, missed period, and fatigue/tiredness.
