I have a 95 f150 with a 351 (5.8). You don't need step by step instructions, but it is quite the pain in the but to change the plugs. I think I remember having to remove a few wiring harnesses out of the way, and the a pipe for the EGR. If your 302 is the same in the EGR department, don't give up, the pipe nut looks inpossible, but it will come loose. Mine had 100,000 miles when I change the plugs and I'm quite sure they were original.
