If your wife truly made a false accusation that had you in jail, then while I admire your willingness to stay and work things out I don't agree with it.
Contact an attorney, and start divorce proceedings on grounds of extreme mental cruelty. And move out simultaneous to this, so that she can't make up another false charge.
That she did it is one level of wrong, but to show no remorse is another. She'll do it again, if you let her. Move out, and contact that attorney.
