You replaced the Fuel pump for 1991 ford tempo and it still wont start?

The problem with the switch is if you hit a bump hard enough, it will trip the switch. So if you not getting fuel, try finding the switch and make sure that it's on. AnswerSomething I encountered was a bad mass airflow sensor. With the key turned off, unplug the sensor and try starting the car. With a bad sensor I unplugged it, and it took a little bit to get the car to start. Just to be sure as well, you could remove the breather hose from the intake manafold. AnswerAlso, check the fuel pump relay behind the glove box. They have a tendency to become unseated.
