Cortal doesn't abort but it does however cause damage to the fetus and you if you overdose. If you haven't overdosed the fetus can still be fine though. Over dose can lead to delayed labor, liver and heart damage for the fetus and liver damage to you. It will not end pregnancy. It's basically aspirine and caffeine or ibuprofen depending on which type you took. None of that abort.
