cooked or uncooked? ether way the answer is no cause of the nasty germs that gather in it... well by the health and safety point of view but if you are sure enough that hardly any germs is in it then it world be safe to cook and eat it but if it was in a freezer, which would be better, for one week then it would be safe to cook after one week! :)

If they were thawed in the refrigerator and it has only been a couple days, they might be OK. They would likely cook up soggy, though. If they were left out at room temperature to thaw, then placed in the fridge later, I would not recommend using them.
