You should never refreeze a thawed smoked turkey. However, once you cook a thawed turkey, you can freeze the meat.
Normally, frozen vegetables are not thawed first but are cooked from frozen.
Once thawed, the food should be cooked properly. Once cooked, the food can be eaten hot, or quickly cooled and put into a fridge to be eaten in a day or two. The food should not be refrozen once thawed.
No, it is not safe to refreeze any meat once it has thawed, however if you cook it you can then freeze it again.
Yes, you can safely freeze cooked kebab meat one time. Once thawed, it is unsafe to refreeze any cooked meat.
It isn't generally safe to refreeze raw food. This is especially true for chicken, which is contaminated with salmonella at scary-high rates. If the chicken has thawed, it isn't generally safe to refreeze it and eat it later. This is especially true if it is thawed in room-temperature water rather than being thawed in the refrigerator. Once thawed, the chicken should be cooked fairly quickly. Once cooked, it can then be frozen for later consumption.

No, frozen is frozen. But you can refreeze something that has been thawed. You can refreeze thawed meat long as there are still ice crystals on it. Once completely thawed then you need to cook it first then refreeze. This applies to solid pieces only, ground meat once more than half thawed needs to be cooked first then refrozen always.
No more than 24 hours in it's raw condition. After it has been cooked, it can last a week.
I cooked a turkey that was only partially thawed. It was frozen solid in the middle and maybe thawed about 1-2 inches deep from the outside. What happened was the thawed skin cooked and held in the juices. When the center thawed and started cooking, the juices couldn't come out and were trapped in under the skin. Once it got hot enough the juices boiled and had nowhere to go, so it exploded. The whole turkey didn't explode, just a small hole in the skin so the juices could escape. If you look, you can see where it exploded, the juices will continue to slowly run out in a little stream.I think I heard it do this like 4 or 5 times. You can hear when it happens and smell it because the juices spray into the oven and catch on fire. It only did this after I took the foil cover off. The oven actually caught on fire for a few seconds and was smoking, good thing I live in an apartment and it's not my oven.It did make a mess of the oven, but I must say it was the best, most moist turkey I ever ate because it cooked with all the juices trapped in it. Some people actually recommend cooking the turkey frozen, look it up. It took a little over 8 hours to cook though. Thats a long time considering it was only 18 pounds.
