I would take a test, because these are certainly pregnancy symptoms, particularly being sick in the morning. I hope that this is good news for you. Anyway, a test taken first thing in the morning should tell you one way or the other.
The yellow stuff is bile and as I am sure you found out, it is very uncomfortable to be sick on an empty stomach, so if you do find out that you are pregnant, try eating a dry cracker (US) or biscuit (UK) by the bed and get up slowly. That might help with sickness first thing. Make sure that you keep sipping water regularly, too.
