Both of the heater hoses come from the firewall. One runs from the firewall to the water pump, this is the outlet hose. The other hose runs from the firewall to the top of the engine, this is the inlet hose.
On '94 its behind motor under dash on passenger side Passenger side on the bottom of the heater box. You will see a plug with 5 wires on it. Thats the resistor remove the two screws that secure to the heater box and remove it.
Thats a stupid question. You have a charger and thats its purpose.

Thats bulls**t. You cannot smell CO2, unless its really concentrated. And your heater cannot produce it in those densities. Its probably just emissions, of sort, depending on gas source
