If you feel you have to leave you must just do it - time heals all wounds and your safety is more important at this point. Lean on your friends and family, keep yourself busy spending time with your friends you probably weren't allowed to and doing things you enjoy that you haven't done in a long time you will see that as time goes by things will get better.
