Simple, do a no carbs diet, you can eat meat, fish, as much vegetables as you like and as much fruit as you like. For breakfast eat things such as natural yogurts and fruit. Dont drink too much milk either, try to drink herbal teas. Drink lots of water.

If you do this for 2 weeks you will see results, you can then start to introduce low carbs such as sweet potatoe as a potatoe alternative and nuts to add to your breakfast which will give you more energy. Always stay away from white bread. Eat brown pasta and rice also if neccecesary as it is less 'stogy' and will not bloat you as much making you appear bigger.

Yes ofc, meat is not needed in order to survive. There’s foods with the same nutrients as meat. If you don’t like the foods with those nutrients you can always buy supplements.
