The built-in webcam is for you. Click on show webcam. It will say, yadda yadda is inviting [person] to see webcam. Accept or Cancel. If [person] accepts, he/she can see you, not the other way around. If you want to see [person], he'd/she'd have to do the same thing on his/her end; then you accept. Voila! cam to cam
