Your power windows on the 02 Explorer are all on the same fuse to the best of my knowledge. You should check the plug into the main window button console in your drivers door. The little piece of plastic around the door handle pops out when pushed towards the front of the vehicle. This gives you access to the buttons and harnesses. Hope that helps.

I would go to my manual, check the location of the fuse or relay box, and go from there. There should be a separate location for the relays, as with the fuses....but then again, they could be all together. Good luck!
