Looks like it's time for a new clutch.
A Yamaha Blaster not going into gear is typically a sign of an issue with the clutch. To troubleshoot, try to adjust the clutch at the lever. If this doesn't solve the problem, the shot clutch pack may need to be replaced.
Does it have gear lube in the case? If so you will need to inspect clutch basket may need new clutch or clutch springs may have failed
If you have bleed the system and If it will not go into gear with the engine running, the clutch pressure plate may have failed.

Probably not, many cars have a switch on the clutch that allows you to start it while in gear.
My son has a 2005 Blaster set up for racing. We usesynthetic gear case oil. That's how its labled on the quart bottle on oil weight on it. Dont use regular car motor oil because it does not lub clutch correctly.
Of course you are coasting. The clutch has disengaged the transmission (no matter what gear) from the engine.

Either your transmission is in gear or locked up, kick starter assembly has become dislodged in the case, your clutch is incredibly out of whack, or your engine is locked up.
