If a 1999 Silverado starts jerking or missing when the vehicle is shifting, it could be the speed sensor, the oxygen sensor, or the shift solenoid. There are two oxygen sensors on this vehicle. There is one before the catalytic converter and one after. Also check the timing belt for signs of wear.
its your power steering trying too hard. if it starts jerking , take the pressue off the steering wheel just a little bit.
Definitely Hip-hop with a little bit of break dancing i guess. Hope that helps!
The little mouse under the pedal

Could be the throttle position sensor
