Start with replacing the batteries. Get good quality Lithium batteries, the ones that cost as much as 12 of the others. Many camera's require these High output type of batteries to run correctly.
Still not running, depends on the camera. If it's a high end digital SLR take it to a camera shop, a few of those still exist. If it is your 150 special, pull the memory card and recycle the camera, time to upgrade. I just bought a Kodak Ai6 HD camcorder, very easy to use. Takes pictures, or HD video. 180$ with a 8GB stick (1 Hour HD video, 160 minutes Video or more pictures than I will take in the life of the camera). I bring the video home, and burn / edit strate to DVD's.

You press those buttons at the menu screen where you usually would press start to get into the game. It will then ask to delete your save file.
it is when you have to press 2 buttons on your phone (depending on what type of phone you have) and nothing happens when you press any of the buttons until you press the 2 numbers again.
You will have more buttons.
don't just press the buttons hold them down until the nuber changes
Press the Y button and either the A or B buttons.
There would be a circle of buttons so you press the middle thAT would take you to menu press shutter and there you go
Press the "On" button? try pressing all the buttons you see and you might be lucky ;)
I believe a soft-reset.
To use the camera, press the yellow buttons that are up and to the right of the "A" and "B" buttons. The ^ arrow zooms in to Mario. the v arrow zooms out from Mario. The < makes the camera spin to the left of Mario, and the > arrow makes the camera spin to the right of Mario. If you press the "R" button, the camera zooms behind Mario's head, so you see what he sees. I personally recommend having the camera zoomed all the way out. This allows you to have bird's eye view of the action. (Note: If you press the ^ so that the camera is right behind Mario's head, you can make him look around. This is handy when you want to travel to the Flying Cap level)
IT destroys the circuit in the buttons and after a while.... they break and you can't use the guitar anymore
press random buttons until something happens! -Gary the Gadget Guy
The Camera tells the sensor to take the image while the shutter opens for as long as the image requires.
When it does that, it means something caused it to reset. You should not press any buttons, and just leave it there. If it stays like that, connect to the computer and see what happens. If nothing still happens, I suggest taking it to The Apple Store, or troubleshooting on iTunes.
