if you have already replaced the fuse inside the cab of the vehicle there is another fuse relay box under the hood. open it up look at the diagram and find which one runs the power outlet and cigarette lighter and see if it is blown. the look like big fuses.
The cigarette lighter might not be any good. I checked my fuse in mine and it was good and i took the old cigarette lighter out and replaced it and it worked fine. They are like $3-$4 at Wal-Mart.
If a Chevy Cavalier cigarette lighter doesn't work, check the fuse. The fuse may be blown and will need replaced.
