first off it depends on the year , the manual I have covers 95 thru 99 and there are no such codes in it !? Good Luck !
go to autozone to ask to check your codes
Go to AutoZone, or most any other chain car parts place. They will do it for free. Or, just look up the codes with a Google question.

I had a 2002 Dodge truck and I could turn the ignition over 3 times without starting and the code would flash. Then look on the net for the codes' meaning.
It could be anything from a loose gas cap to a total engine meltdown. There are literally hundreds of codes. It it still moves, get to a garage and have the codes read.
Got to Autozone's website and they have one under repair guides.
Take to your nearest partshouse ( Kragen, Autozone) They will usually plug it in and tell you what is wrong for free

Engine codes start at 11 Could it be 55 which means N/A
Could be the timing belt! You can take it to almost any parts store (Autozone, etc.) and they will test the check engine light for free. Don't just ignore it!
