internet not working in normal mode? here i got the solution remove ur antivirus from ur comuter and restart the computer and just check it out . i tried on my system it works
Internet work in safe mode with networking only, wireless connection might not work at times depending on the kind of wifi network connected to
try to restart your computer in safe mode. If it works in safe more then the problem is with some program in the start up .
On my iphone i click on the top where it says "Safe mode" and restart Springboard, bu then again mine is jailbroken and that is usually the cause of my crash.
Reboot into safe mode (By pressing the F8 key when you start your computer) and see if you get the windows screen. If it is black in safe mode then means your windows is corrupted. If you can see the screen that means windows is ok. Run msconfig under safe mode then reboot and see if everything works.

Please help me on this none of my programs except for internet are missing drivers that should have been blocked by safe mode not by what i beliueve to be deleted.

There are many tutorials on the internet where one could learn to get into Windows XP safe mode. A few of the websites include Bleeping Computer, Microsoft, and AskApache.
safe mode does not load all the drivers - if your sound card driver was faulty and you tried to use safe mode then if it loaded this driver then any problems would remain. The only way I know of to get sound in safe mode is to manually load the sound card driver with the command prompt
