The only time I have ever seen a power loss light come on is when I was doing a top speed run. At about 112 MPH, the light came on, apparently the car being as old as it is was protecting itself. Questions for you: 1. Do you use premium fuel? 2. Under what circumstances does the light come on? 3. Under waht circumstances is the light off?
The power steering pressure switch, on a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker, is located below the power steering pump. The pressure switch is attached to the power steering reservoir mounting bracket.
It is bolted on from the inside of the door.
Guessing bad headlamp switch. No power to taillight fuse feeds dash fuse also. Need to glance at wiring diagram to troubleshoot fast.

The "v" belt is for the air conditioning. The serpentine belt is for the power steering and alternator.
Driver side rear of the engine.If you are facing the front of the engine then it is located on the right side of the engine diagonal from the power steering reservoir. It is only accessible from underneath!
