12am to 4am not allowed to drive (permit or license) unless accompanied by an adult, emergency, or school/work
Legally, you can't drive anyone under 20 for the first year after you get your license. But you can have the school principal or your parents sign a note that says that you have to drive your sibling to school because he/she has no other form of transportation.
yes if you drive to school and directly back
no!
Only in a legitimate emergency. This would be a "necessity" defense.
Yes, if you have a license.
If they have a license, yes.
If you live in the states absolutely not! Were you ever legally allowed to drive before you had your license?
have a to drive a vehicle with farmers license plate. can only drive for farm business or to and from school and everything else is the same as a provisional license
Legally the answer is no, however most courts will dismiss a charge against you if you can prove the emergency and that it was a situation where there were no other options.
A driver with a permit can only drive if someone with a license is in the car.
Do you have a license or permit? Were you 14 when you got your license? Check the Drivers manual for your state. In Oregon, you are permitted to drive to and from events at school if you have no other way to get there and home.
