The other person above me got everything right, except fot that he may not be an actual crossdresser. He may feel like he's a girl. There is a huge difference-there really is. If he feels that he is a girl, let him be a girl. Transgender is NOT fettish!!! Cross-dressing is a fettish. A cross-dresser still identifies with their gender (as defined by their genitalia), and they cross-dress for sexual gratification.
