She should have. You may have bought a puppy that had already been spayed. There are some people who will sell you a dog suppoedly for breeding and they know the dog was altered. You should really take her to the vet. If she is not spayed she could very well be suffering from an illness. Better safe than sorry. If your dog was adopted through an agency or organization she has probably been spayed.
