Do you know what they talk about? Even if you don't, you should let her know that it bothers you and that you would appreciate her taking your feelings into account. You are her husband, so she should love you enough to at least respect your feelings and try to reassure you that nothing is going on. You should also tell her you feel uncomfortable that she hasn't told her ex that she's married.
