As you are making diet plans, remember not to start out with too many things. Start out slow. Then, make a habit of that diet before adding in more things and making your diet plans even more complicated. This is important to do because otherwise you will suffer from burn-out. This is where you take on too many things in a big burst right at the beginning of your diet. You will almost certainly fail, get discouraged, and might even stop dieting. Remember to start slow to avoid burnout.
