Usually its Epilepsy which means you get these tick's and sometimes resulting to blackouts , only happens if you use it a lot and for a long time without relaxation for your eyes and brain, also there is an unknown warning which is obsessiveness. this comes from an experienced user and i had epilepsy and suffered from it in 3 months till i finally got myself to stop by forcing my brain not to.

The last thing to think about is what you need the computer to do for you. An older computer may not be compatible with all of the programs that you need to use. This is a problem that can make the computer useless to you. Check the operating system and look at the raw capabilities. Do not purchase a used computer that you will not actually be able to use.
