GTRV at http://www.gtrv.com/ has a pop-top for Chevy Astro vans. They cost about $8-9000.00 installed.
Tiger-Provan located in the U.S. who still makes a Chevy Astro with a pop-top roof and does a complete camper conversion. You can often find used Tiger Pro-Vans on Craigslist.org and eBay.
I have seen a "homemade" Chevy astro pop-top conversion that a couple of guys in Boulder, CO made by installing a used Volkswagon pop-top onto a Chevy astro. Have no idea how this worked out as to leakage etc.
The PCV valve on a 1999 Astro should be located on top of the valve cover. It plugs in and can be easily replaced.

You can add power steering fluid to your 1988 Chevy Astro by removing the top to the power steering fluid reservoir. Pour the fluid directly into the reservoir.
on a 1997 Chevy astro it is in a fuse-relay center - in a plastic box located just to the left of the battery. Take off the top; the schematics of what's what should be on the inside top of the box, as well as in your owner's manual.
You might have a blown headgasket on top
It does not have a PCV VALVE, But it does have a vent tube on the very top of the transmission. It is hard to see but it's there.
You can take a pot , oil and popcorn kernels , and put them int the pot, turn on the oven , put the top on and pop it up!
The 1994 Chevrolet Astro Van ABS fuse is located in the fuse box. The ABS fuse will be in the second column, third from the top.

Pop the hood it's gonna be on either the top left or top right of the radiator. right behind the grill.
As soon as you pop the hood, it should be to the left of the engine. it is visible from top view.
