Hello we have the same issue with our van pick up a Haynes manual and it will walk you through it unfortunately the whole dash needs to come out because it sits in the middle like behind the stereo it is about a 8-10 hour job which will cost you a arm and leg at the dealer the part is only about $70 bucks
