the brake and clutch are both contained in the same reservoir and use the same fluid, look at the side of the brake master cylinder reservoir there is a fill line on the side of the clear reservoir
How do you change a slave cylinder on a 1995 Mazda B2300 2wd?

Yes
To change the slave cylinder on a 2002 Saab 9-5, first, safely lift the vehicle and remove the transmission to access the slave cylinder. Disconnect the hydraulic line and remove the retaining bolts for the slave cylinder. Install the new slave cylinder, reconnect the hydraulic line, and bleed the clutch system to remove any air. Finally, reassemble the transmission and lower the vehicle.
The slave cylinder is INSIDE the transmission bellhousing , it slides over the transmission input shaft , and then is bolted to the transmission. To change the slave cylinder the transmission has to be removed , but the slave cylinder line can be blead from the bleeder outside of the transmission bellhousing
very carefully
i think you have to change the master and the slave cly as i think ther'e one unit
There is no clutch cable in 93 Mercury Capri. Its operated by hydraulics. There is a clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder. the seal in it probably worn out. Not very hard to work with.
It depends on the slave cylinder that you are asking about. The slave cylinder for a hydralic clutch would be neer the bell housing to disengage the clutch. The slave cylinder for drum brakes would be inside the drum between the two shoes, and pressure applied into this cylinder would engage the brakes.AnswerThe clutch slave is inside the bell housing on most of these. You have to pull the transmission etc to change it out. ANSWERSTRANSMISSION HOUSING OUTSIDE FLUID PIPE
You will need to remove the transmission to replace the clutch slave.
