Replace the brake line, bleed the brake. top up with brake fluid. Done.
There is no safe way to repair a broken or leaking brake line. The line or tubing that is leaking must be replaced or a new piece of tube, spliced into the line with fittings, to replace the leaking area.
To fix a rear driver's side brake line on a 1994 GMC Sierra 4x4 at a shop can run as high as $300. The parts can be purchased to repair the brake line for under $50.
The 1999 Dodge intrepid brake lines schematics diagram shows the routing of each brake line. The diagram will show the brake line routing from the master cylinder to each wheel.

The Brake Booster is mounted on the firewall and the master cylinder is mounted on the booster. Look at the booster and you will see a very large vacuum line coming from the booster.
