You will need to pull the cluster out of the car and replace the bulbs. Its not hard, as I have done it on a 94 Nissan Sentra SE-R, and 90 Ford Aerostar, and 90 Ford Probe. Disconect the battery. You will need to remove some of the dash trim around the instrument panel, pull the steering wheel by removing horn cover, and loosen the bold holding steering wheel on. The steering wheel is on a shaft with ribs which you will want to remember how it when on. Once the dash trim is exposed, you should see a bunch of screws holding the cluster in, just take them out, and gently pull the cluster out, and unplug the connectors, look at the back of the cluster, and you should be able to see where the plugs are at, and twist out. Goto a parts store for the bulb numbers, or Google them. Reverse the process to put back. Helps to have monkey arms! =)
