Theres a tool that will engage the clip on the back side of the crank, you can find the tool at most auto parts stores.
To remove the manual window crank on an International 7400, first, locate the retaining clip or screw that holds the crank in place. If there is a clip, use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry it off; if it's a screw, use the appropriate screwdriver to remove it. Once the clip or screw is removed, simply pull the crank off the window regulator shaft. Be cautious not to damage the door panel during the process.

In almost all makes of car you have to replace the window regulator. That's the entire mechanism that holds the window and raises and lowers it.
They sell a window crank removal tool to open the cotter in and slide off the winow crank handle. Slide the tool under the window handle and push the cotter pin back, off comes the handle
Your local auto parts store can sell you an inexpensive tool (under $10) that will do the job.
If it's a true z34 90-94 there is no window crank they ALL had power windows.....
should be an Allen head or torx screw in the center of the crank.
There is a c-clipthat holds the crank in place,you just need to push it off and the crank comes off.

There is a retaining ring just on the inside of the handle. Once you get that off the crank will come off.
IF there isn't a cover that unsnaps over IT-then U need a special slotted tool that goes behind the crank & pushes the C clip off-IT slides in right behind the window crank-ITS just a thin piece of metal that's slotted 2 push the clip off .
