You have to replace the whole hinge assembly, they don't make a hinge pin kit for the Thunderbird.
jack the door up on the end of it and unbolt the hinge and replace with the new one.
You can replace the top door hinge with bottom hinges on the 1992 as long as the hinge is for the cab doors. The hinges for the tailgate would not work on the doors.
You need bushings in the bottom door hinge. You might have to remove the finder to get to it. You might trying to go to a you pull it and find a good hinge from a 89 to 97 Thunderbird or Cougar. It would be less work.
break off the bottom bushing that hold door pin pick up on the door slightly use a hammer and screw driver to drive pin out and replace

A guy I met who does body work told me that you impact the door pins out of the hinge. the bushings go bad on them so it causes the door to sag and not close properly. I just don't know if you have to impact hammer them from the top down or bottom up. I think its from the top down. post back if this is right or not.
