Use a star driver (like a screw driver but with a star tip - buy one at your auto parts store) to remove the 4 (2 on side of van - 2 on back of van) screws that hold the red tail light lens (red plastice cover) in place. The star screws that hold the lens to the vehicle are in the red plastic of the lens- on the back side of the vehicle in the lens, and in the vents of the red lens at each side of the vehicle. One you have the lens removed from the vehicle you can gently twist the round wiring connector that hooks each bulb (3 of them) into the lens. One the connectors have been takin out of the lens you can remove the bulb from and socket with an easy pull- straight out. Take the bulb to your car parts store and they'll help you find the correct replacement. The replacement type specification is also in your manual and on the back of the red lens. Write the info down and take it to your car parts store. Good Luck - You CAN do it
