To replace the hood release cable on a 1993 Pontiac Sunbird, first, locate the hood release lever inside the vehicle and detach it from the dashboard. Next, remove the old cable by releasing it from the latch mechanism under the hood. Install the new cable by routing it through the same path, securing it in place, and reattaching the lever inside the vehicle. Finally, test the hood release to ensure proper function.

Fenders are the same. The hood will bolt on....but there is a design difference in the style of the hoods. As far as the grill and headlight area....these are different. But if you have everything from the donor car then yes...you can bolt it all up. In other words, a Cavalier headlight setup won't fit with a Sunbird grill. You have to swap it all over.
Inside the alternator.
There is no pollen filter on any sunbird the oldest GM product to get one is a 1993 Cadillac

To replace the ignition cylinder in a 1993 Pontiac Sunbird V6, start by disconnecting the negative battery cable to ensure safety. Remove the steering column cover by unscrewing the screws and gently prying it off. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "Run" position, then locate and depress the pin or release tab on the ignition cylinder to pull it out. Finally, insert the new ignition cylinder, reassemble the steering column cover, and reconnect the battery.
