It is very easy to change the license plate light on an Oldsmobile Aurora. All you need to do is remove the license plate and look above where the plate was. There are bolts that are holding the light in. Unscrew the bolts and then replace the light.
In an Oldsmobile Aurora, the fuse for the license plate light is typically located in the fuse box, which is usually found under the dashboard on the driver's side or in the engine compartment. Refer to the owner's manual for the exact location and designation of the fuse, as it may vary by model year. If the license plate light is not functioning, check the fuse for continuity and replace it if necessary.
How do you replace dashboard light on 2000 Nissan almera
To replace the license plate light bulb on a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora, first, open the trunk and locate the license plate light assembly. Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry off the lens cover. Remove the old bulb by twisting it counterclockwise, then insert the new bulb and twist it clockwise to secure it. Finally, snap the lens cover back into place and close the trunk.
A warning light on the dash would illuminate.
