If you mean fuel pump module. You get to it from the trunk. lift out the carpet, their is an access panel with about 5 8mm bolts, front of trunk, pass side. You have have to crawl all the way into the trunk to get it out. Make sure the hood supports are stable, so you don't lock your self in the trunk !

I don't think so, but if you're trying to disable the switch from opening up the trunk from the inside (good idea BTW), you can adjust the switch from inside the trunk, right where the lock is, by adjusting the red lever where the trunk lock is.
To open the trunk on a Buick LaCrosse without a button on the door, you can use the key fob by pressing the trunk release button. If you don't have the fob, you can also access the trunk using the key itself, inserting it into the trunk lock. Alternatively, if the rear seats fold down, you can reach into the trunk from the cabin.

Owner's manual or keep looking. Maybe it does not have one. Look at the trunk lock and see if it is manual or electric.
