You did not provide enough details on what the LS1 engine is (Corvette high-performance engine maybe?)but just about anything can be made to fit- especially in a Jeep Wrangler. Advance Adapters specializes in parts to assit in the mating. I have seen Corvette & even a Viper engine shoe-horned into these bad boys. But make sure to match the drive train to the power you are putting in or you will bust something else in the drive train.
ls6 engine 405hp ls1 engine 350hp
There was no LS1 Corvette until 1997
Chevy LS1 459(automatic) 503(manual)
NO! ls1's did not go into the z28s until 1998
lt1 has about 295 stock at flywheel, ls1 has about 305
LS1 is a GM engine, Z/28 is (was) an option package on Camaros.
yes
The cost of an LS1 engine varies depending on the frame it is for and the place of purchase. As a rough guide a used engine can go from around $600 up to $4000 new.
On a stock ls1 most kits limited to 10psi make around 400-500rwhp, 500-600hp at the engine.
The biggest engine made by Chevy is a ls1
yes you can but if you can put an ls1 why not put an LS2? get close to 500 horse power... if you can afford it
