I believe the wiper module is built in the black cover that snaps on the wiper motor I believe .
it is on the side of transfer case looks a little like a wiper motor..
I believe its right under a cover on the wiper motor. Theres like 3 or 4 screws that hold the cover on and after you take the cover off the front of the wiper motor the module should be right there.
The Wiper Module is attached to the Fuse Box bracket on the Drivers Side underneath the dash-'as your looking at it, its behind on the left-I replaced one myself-for a 94 Mustang GT-Wipers work like a charm now!
Check behind the glove compartment. The TCCM (Transfer Case Control Module) is located there on some Ford vehicles like the Exploder and the Ranger.
It sounds like the wiper motor is malfunctioning. If your camaro has intermitten wipers there is a control module built in the motor that controls the off position.
Your car has automatic headlights and will come on automatically when you windshield wipers come on. Sounds like your wiper control module or your multi-function switch is malfunctioning.Check your windshield wiper galley for leaves and other debris. If the galley is clogged it will over flow and leak down into the whiper motor and cause it to malfunction especially when the engine is warm.Next check your multi-function switch remove the cover from the steering column and unplug the wiper control plug. Run your engin to reproduse the problem. If the problem persists your wiper control module will need servising.
It is attached to the wiper motor. The wiper motor is attached to the firewall under the hood. The module can be replaced without removing the wiper motor. Unplug the wire harness leading to the wiper motor. Remove the three small torx head screws and remover the flat black plastic cover. The module inside will slide out with a gentle pull. New modules are available from your local auto parts store.
On the 84 is looks like a rectangular block plugged into the base of the distributer.
Are you asking where it is or what it looks like. Please clarify. where it is Okee dokee. I have a 94 Explorer and the control module is in the rear of the car, when you open the hatch look for a removable panel on the left side. When you open up that panel you will see the washer bottle if you have a rear washer wiper and the 4wd control module. I'm thinking maybe they're all pretty much the same, but when in doubt just call up your local Ford dealer and ask.
its probably the wiper module. its located at or near the wiper motor and is normally pretty easy to replace. it souns like your wiper motor is going out.
your control module did go out.
