all 4 turnsignals flashTwo things to look into. Most likely is your hazard switch is failing/shorted inside. Second, if problem started when bulbs were replaced take the bulbs back out and look into the socket, make certain that if the socket has two connectors in the bottom that a dual filament bulb (ie with two contacts on the bottom of the bulb) is what you plug into it. Plugging in a single filament bulb into a dual filament socket shorts the two contacts together causing weird light behaviour.

Hope this helps

What happened when your 1992 Accord was hit on the front driver side to cause none of the turn signals to work while hazard and driving lights work power is shown to all lights and it is not a fuse?

It sounds like the ground for the parking/turn signal circuit is bad on the damaged side. You mentioned sufficient power to all lights, I assume this applies to the parking/turn signals too. If this is not the case check the main fuse box for disconnected, pulled-out connections. Hope this helps,

What would cause the turn signals and hazard lights not to work on a 1995 Volkswagen Cabrio if the fuses are good the connectors are good and the bulbs are okay?

There is usually a relay for the flashers and turn signals. It is usually a round metal looking thing in the fuse box. This is usually the norm. I have never worked on this specific vehicle, but they are all simular. Good luck.Brad.
