You need a 7mm Allen wrench for the caliper bolts.
I believe a 3/8 Allen is the right tool.
it's a 3/8 wrench for both 2003 and 2004 caliper.
The caliper is one part of the brake system.
To change the front brake caliper on a 2003 Buick Rendezvous, start by safely lifting the vehicle and removing the front wheel. Next, detach the brake line from the caliper and unbolt the caliper from its mounting bracket. Replace it with the new caliper, reattach the brake line, and ensure everything is tightened securely. Finally, reassemble the wheel, lower the vehicle, and pump the brake pedal to ensure proper caliper function.

it takes a 7mm Allen wrench to remove calipers on 2003 ford focus.
There is a cap that looks like the top of a cap screw, but it is a plug, not a bolt. If you remove the plug, you then put a 4mm hex wrench into the hole to back off the caliper (this is how the parking brake is adjusted). The cap is on the back of the caliper. When you put the new pads in, you tighten up the caliper with that same 4mm hex wrench, and back it off until the wheel turns freely. This is from a 4 wheel disk 2003 Mazda Protege 5.
The torque specification for the brake caliper slide bolts on a 2003 Buick Century is typically around 25 lb-ft (33.9 Nm). It’s important to use a calibrated torque wrench to ensure that the bolts are properly tightened to avoid any issues with brake performance. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for the most accurate specifications and procedures.
