On a 1998 Firebird, sensors are located in various areas, including the engine compartment and under the vehicle. Key sensors include the oxygen sensors positioned in the exhaust system, the mass air flow (MAF) sensor near the air intake, and the throttle position sensor on the throttle body. Additionally, there are coolant temperature sensors typically located near the engine and Transmission Fluid temperature sensors as well. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for precise locations and details.
