It is located near the firewall in just about the middle but more to the passenger side. It almost looks kinda hidden when you find it but just stand on the passenger side and look into the engine space near the exaust. Hope that helps. Was having trouble finding it myself.
power steering fluid or ATF III
For a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue, it's recommended to use a power steering fluid that meets the specifications of GM's Dexron III or Dexron VI. Brands such as ACDelco, Valvoline, or Prestone offer suitable options for this application. Always check the owner's manual for any specific recommendations or requirements related to fluid type.
not sure of any brand but the fluid will be clear and auto parts dealer will have it(just ask for clear p/s fluid)
no there is only one belt
Plugged or stuck valve in the power steering unit would be my guess. The power steering pump (the thing you add fluid to) is probably OK if you can still turn right as usual.

use dextron II or power steering fluid, this age of car was not picky
There could be many causes to a car leaking power steering fluid. There could be a hole in the reservoir, or the seals could be worn or broken.
Probably under the reservoir with a cap on which is written: Power Steering Do not Overfill Use Only Approved Fluid...
To add power steering fluid to an Oldsmobile Delta 88, locate the power steering fluid reservoir, which is typically found near the front of the engine compartment, often near the firewall or the driver’s side. The reservoir usually has a cap labeled for power steering fluid. Remove the cap, add the appropriate type of power steering fluid until it reaches the recommended level indicated on the reservoir, and then securely replace the cap. Always check the vehicle's owner manual for specific details and fluid specifications.
