Remove the glove box and look under the dash. You should see a big metal box. That's it.
Your ECM should be located on the passenger side of the car. remove the glove box and it should be on the outide wall. I am not sure that there is an acual fuse for this. but that is where the ECM is located. i hope that this is helpful.

The ecu or ecm is located on the passenger side, behind the kick panel, if not there, remove the bottom cover on that side and look up, it has three plugs connected to it and is usually bolted or cliped on to a bracket. you may have to remove the glove box to gain access.
The ECM on a 1992 S10 Blazer is located below the glove box.

Your transmission is most likely a 4T60E. If so, it has no modulator valve. This transmission is electronically controlled from the ECM. Line pressure, which is what the old modulator valve controlled, is now controlled by an internal pcm solenoid.
