The driver's side AC blend door on a 1998 Buick Park Avenue is located within the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) housing, typically on the driver's side of the vehicle's dashboard. Accessing it usually requires removing the dashboard or the lower panel to reach the blend door actuator. The blend door is responsible for controlling the airflow between the heater core and the air conditioning evaporator, allowing for temperature regulation inside the cabin.

Their is a panel under the passenger side of the dash and glovebox. Just a couple of screws in the front side of it to take it off. You will see a door that lets your heat come through and right up above it is the actuator. It has a plug running to it(about an inch wide ) so follow your wires and they will lead you to it.
It is behind the glove box.
There are two Blend Door motors. One each on the left and right side of the heater box located in the center of the dash. If one side is blowing hot air, it probably has a broken gear in the motor on that side.
The blend door on a 1995 Buick wagon is located within the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) housing, typically behind the dashboard. To access it, you'll often need to remove the dashboard and possibly the HVAC unit itself, as it's not easily accessible without disassembling parts of the interior. The blend door controls the mix of hot and cold air that enters the cabin, so ensuring it functions properly is important for climate control.
