I have a 1992 Plymouth Laser RS 2.0 and the EFI (fuel pump relay) is located under the console to the right and bottom of the ECU as your sitting in the drivers seat. It is a brass metal relay that has only 1 12-pin connector. It is brass in color and about 3" X 1.5". You can't miss it. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. Thanks, Bryan
fuel pressure regulator is on the right end of the rail.
Fuel tank capacity: 15.9 gal.
Plymouth does not use inertia/reset switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.

Bad fuel pump, blown fuel pump fuse, bad fuel pump relay, clogged fuel filter, possibly defective fuel pressure regulator, and in rare instances defective computer.

The fuel pump fuse on a 1991 Plymouth Laser is located in the engine compartment's fuse box. It prevents the fuel pump from being damaged by an electrical surge.
Yes, the 1986 Plymouth Reliant is equipped with a fuel relay. This relay is part of the fuel system and is responsible for controlling the fuel pump's operation. If the relay fails, it can lead to issues with fuel delivery, causing the vehicle to have starting problems or stalling. Regular inspection of the relay can help ensure proper fuel system functioning.
The fuel pump relay is located under the hood. The relay sends power to the fuel pump to keep fuel pressure up.
